EEC Lincolne Scott assisted The Royal Orchid Sheraton 5 Star Hotel with the refurbishment of the hotel main entrance, lobby and adjacent all day dining restaurant.

Conrad Koh Samui Hotel and Residences are truly unique luxury villas.

Situated on the waterfront of the stunning Phang Ka peninsula, every aspect of the 5-star luxurious hotel and residences were designed to take your breath away.

The site comprises 32 residential villas and a 71 key hotel of 1 and 2 bedroom villas. There are also facility buildings operated by Hilton.

Facilities include 4 restaurants, fully equipped meeting/event room with a totally capacity of 880 people, luxury spa, gymnasium, and outdoor pool.

Architecturally designed by Singaporean architects ECO-ID, EEC Lincolne Scott were appointed to provide the M&E services for the entire development including mechanical, electrical, sanitary, fire protection, security and vertical transport.

Each villa is equipped with an efficient VRV air conditioning system, which provides comfort conditions to occupants.

Due to the location of the project, waste water treatment is conducted on site in the Central Waste Water Treatment Plant. The selected system was chosen based on high efficiency, low maintenance, and flexibility. The treated water is reused on-site for irrigation in landscaped areas, with the excess water treated water safe to discharge to a seepage tank. The design successfully mitigated the risk of odour problems, which is often a design challenge with on-site waste treatment plants.

The project was developed by Hillcrest Development (Samui) Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Hillcrest Capital Limited based in Hong Kong and construction was completed in late 2011.
